Mead: The Permaculture Beverage

I recently visited Frank Golbeck at Golden Coast Mead in Oceanside, California.  Frank not only gave me a tour of his meadery and made a five gallon batch of mead using my knapweed honey, but Frank also explained how mead is contributing to the regenerative agriculture movement while honoring permaculture principles.  Watch the below video to hear Frank’s explanation:
